$15 Million Public Issuance: Advised an AI-driven business solutions company on a $15 million public issuance of cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock, collaborating closely with an underwriter.

Securing a U.S. Visa for a Client’s Key Executive Along With its Global Expansion Plan (2023-2024)

To align with the client’s overall international expansion strategy, we customized an immigration plan based on the qualifications of the client’s executives, enabling the company’s expatriate executives (without prestigious school backgrounds, overseas experience, big company experience, or large investments) to successfully obtain a visa to the U.S. and simultaneously receive EB2 approval, entering the green card queue.
